Grass fed, grass finished. Sold by the pound hanging weight @ $7/ lb. Hanging weight varies quite a bit animal to animal and can be anywhere from 400-600 lbs. You can request a larger or smaller animal and we will try to accommodate you. A 400 lb hanging wt would cost $2800 and amount to approximately 270 lbs of individually wrapped finished product. A 600 lb hanging wt would cost $4200 and provide 400 lbs of finished product.

 

When purchasing a beef share, you buy the live animal from us and we deliver it to the processor. We then pay the butchering fees and pick up the meat for you and arrange to get it to you. All numbers are estimates since animals butcher out at varying weights. We request a $500 deposit to secure your beef and the remaining amount (calculated on final hanging weight of the individual animal) is due upon delivery.
