These are our small 1 lb packages of frozen skinless chicken feet for making stock. They come frozen in vacuum-sealed plastic bags.
 
Chicken feet are full of gelatin and make delicious, nutrient-dense stocks adn broths to nourish your body!
 
The outer layer of skin is completely removed during the plucking process so these feet are clean and ready to cook with!  Our chickens are pastured and fed certified organic, non-GMO, soy-free grains and organic garden surplus.  The feet are a powerhouse of nutrition.  Simmer in water in a stockpot for several hours to extract a rich gelatinous broth.  On farm pick up or free local delivery.
