These are our large (approx 4 lb) packages of frozen skinless chicken feet for big batches of stock. Get out your giant stockpot!
The outer layer of skin is completely removed during the plucking process so these feet are clean and ready to cook with!  Our chickens are pastured and fed certified organic, non-GMO, soy-free grains and organic garden surplus.  The feet are a powerhouse of nutrition.  Simmer in water in a stockpot for several hours to extract a rich gelatinous broth.  On farm pick up or free local delivery.
